Pricing
We maintain up-to-date market analysis. We study the marketplace trends and review the most recent sales so we can determine the best listing price. If a home is priced too low, you won't benefit from the optimal profit. If a home is priced too high, potential buyers may be scared away. Another option to get the best listing price is to obtain an appraisal. If you have a unique property or if there is not a lot of sales to compare to, this will insure the right list price.

Marketing
We market your property, not only on the MLS (Multiple Listing Services), but on many other websites (Trulia, Zillow, etc) that are public friendly. This way you can reach as many buyers as possible via the internet. More and more buyers seek and research homes on the internet. We make sure that your home is accessible to them.

We hold open houses. Yes open houses mostly attract your neighbors but it also attracts buyers that are not working with licensed Real Estate Agents. We will be there to answer any questions they may have about the property so they can turn into prospective buyers.

Negotiating
Negotiating offers incorrectly can lead to a buyer walking away. We are very careful during this process, so we can establish a win-win situation. This usually means that one of the parties will have to compromise. Our job is to acknowledge what is most important to you and the buyer so we keep the compromise to a minimal.
